BID NOTICE

Sheema Municipal Council invites suitably qualified firms/ Companies and Individuals to submit sealed prequalification documents for works, Services and supplies for the Financial Years 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and enforcement of revenue collection from property tax and garbage collection in Sheema Municipal Council for Financial Year 2022/2023

 CATEGORY A. PREQUALIFICATION - WORKS

1.General construction, renovation of buildings and civil works.

2.General electric/solar works and maintenance

 CATEGORY B. PREQUALIFICATION - SUPPLIES

1. Office furniture, School Furniture, fittings, Shelves and conference chairs
2. Construction materials, water tanks and other related materials
3. Agricultural inputs and other related agricultural equipment

CATEGORY C. REVENUE COLLECTION

1. Property tax from Sheema Municipality
2. Garbage collection from Kabwohe CBD and Itendero

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of public Assets, 2003

 Interested bidders are required to pay non-refundable fee of UGX: 50,000/= (Fifty thousand shillings only) for all Categories, to Sheema Municipal Council General Fund Account No. 9030012110617 Stanbic bank Kabwohe Branch and acquire general receipt from Finance department.
